The Association of Hebrew Catholics (AHC) is a voluntary association of Catholics of both Jewish and non-Jewish origin. As a lay apostolate, the AHC is faithful to the teaching and discipline of the Magisterium and in accord with the Catechism of the Catholic Church and all other official Catholic teaching.
The mission of the Association of Hebrew Catholics is pastoral and educational: to preserve the identity and heritage of Jews within the Church, helping them to serve the Lord, His Church, and all peoples within the mystery of their irrevocable gifts and calling (cf. Rom 11:28-29).
We seek, as well to help all Catholics understand the Jewish roots of the Catholic faith, and to serve all people on their spiritual journey, both inside and outside of the Catholic Church.
We enlist the intercession of our patrons: Miriam, Our Lady of the Miracle, and St. Teresa Benedictaof the Cross (Edith Stein).
